Order of the Arrow

Adult women may be inducted into the Order of the Arrow, but women under 21 aren’t allowed in the National Honor Society of the Boy Scouts.

NOAC 2015 participants will get a special-edition OA sash. That’s a sash with a white arrow on a red band— or the reverse of what Arrowmen typically wear.
