It might be easier to give you a list of activities Scouts couldn’t do at the Grand Hodag on Thursday night.
This carnival has become a tradition at the National Order of the Arrow Conference, and the 2015 edition was as crazy as advertised.
Arrowmen could (deep inhale) trade patches, drink root beer, meet clowns on stilts, joust, play on inflatables, dance to music, see a fire dancer, get a balloon animal, buy patches in a live auction, show off their crazy hats, eat free cotton candy, play carnival games, watch a live broadcast of NOAC TV and lots more.
