Update, Oct. 6: Voting is now closed. Watch your mailboxes to find out which cover won.
Scouting magazine needs your help.
Earlier today the staff saw two options for the cover of our January-February 2015 issue.
We liked both options so much that we couldn’t decide which to go with. So we’re asking you, the Scouting magazine reader, to make the call.
Before you vote, you should probably know what the cover story’s about. Through the words of the leaders who made it possible, we tell the story of the Philadelphia Encampment, an innovative effort to bridge the gap between the Scoutreach program and traditional Scout units.
Essentially, these volunteers and professionals have figured out a great way to bring Scouting to underserved areas of Philadelphia.
Aaron Derr wrote the story, Walt Calahan took the photos — and you pick the cover.
See both options and vote in the poll after the jump. Then watch your mailboxes in late December to find out which cover won. (You’ll get one issue between now and then, by the way. Our November-December issue hits mailboxes in late October.)
