I like the simplicity of this patch from April 8’s Name That Council.
However, that same simplicity made it nearly impossible to identify the mystery council as Bay-Lakes Council, based in Appleton, Wis.
But somehow, Tracy Bess of the Buckskin Council and 70 others figured it out. Tracy was the lucky winner and gets the patch, though. Well done!
