Apparently we weren't the only ones who recognized a familiar face in Friday's Name That Council challenge. A record number of our readers, 119 to be exact, responded with the correct answer as well.
As many of you knew right away, the man in the patch is Scouting's founder, Robert Baden-Powell. That would only mean the council is the Binghamton, N.Y.-based Baden-Powell Council.
The council serves parts of central and southern New York and northern Pennsylvania.
We took all of the 119 correct responses and randomly selected one winner: John Oldland, from the Westmore Fayette Council. John will receive the B-P Council patch. Congrats!
Come back on Friday for another Name That Council challenge, won't you?
