    I bought $90 worth of corn online (to get the free shipping) but one of the products was missing. The packing list even said it wasn’t included. There’s no Trails End Customer Support site or number that I could find, only an email. I emailed them over a week ago and haven’t heard anything back.

    My next step is to reverse the charges on my credit card, but thought I’d check here in case someone has another suggestion.

    Also call your council office and let them know of your problem. It might not be your $90 at stake. Too many of these complaints and a council may choose to go with another vendor next year.
