Scouting America volunteers help transform the lives of youth, preparing them to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes. To honor certain Scouters and others for their efforts, Scouting America bestows the Silver Family of Scouting America awards. These include the national-level Silver Buffalo, territory-level Silver Antelope and council-level Silver Beaver. The Silver Buffalo and Silver Antelope recipients will be recognized at the National Annual Meeting, taking place May 11-15 in Dallas.
