Our favorite thing about Cub Scouting? The community it creates!

Yes, we love Pinewood Derby and all the classic Cub Scout events, but the real Scouting magic happens when leaders from around the world share creativity one mind alone could never muster.

That’s why the Cub Scout team is excited to launch a new way to share your great Cub Scouting ideas: a crowdsourced hub for activities, games and ceremonies. Whether it’s a rainy-day game that saved your sanity or a truly moving crossover ceremony idea, we need to know the activities that worked for you.

Want to learn more? Check out our recent #CubChatLive where the Cub Scout team announced this new concept and explained how to use it effectively.

What to expect from the Cub Scout crowdsourced idea hub

The Cub Scout team has created fillable PDF templates that make submitting your idea quick and easy. Just include the basics (materials needed, energy level, indoor/outdoor space, prep time), and feel free to add diagrams or photos.

Together, we can build a rich library of real-world-tested ideas that make Cub Scouting better than ever for today’s families.
