Tulsa troop team up with community to help send Scouts in Ukraine to summer camp

BSA Scouts Troop 85 of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and the Ukrainian Community organized a fundraiser to send Scouts in Ukraine to summer camp. Due to the ongoing war, the Scouts in Ukraine have been unable to attend camp. However, with the camp reopening, the fundraiser, which featured a carnival and more, strives to provide them with this opportunity.

Local Ukrainian families in Tulsa expressed the importance of such support for the children back home. The Scouts’ inspiration stems from their oath to assist others, with the funds raised expected to benefit over 1,000 children, bringing positivity to their summer.
