Turns out Casper, that friendliest of friendly ghosts, was pretty friendly to the Boy Scouts of America, too.
He joined the Cub Scouts, marched alongside Boy Scouts in a New York City parade and even starred in his very own Scouting-themed cartoon called “Boo Scout.”
