No matter what time you visit, the location of the March-April “Where Am I?” contest is a favorite of many campers. Did you take a crack at guessing its location?
If you guessed South Carolina’s Table Rock State Park, you were right. Plenty of Scouting families pitch a tent in this secluded park, where you can hike to the top of Table Rock or opt to camp in the area at lower elevation.
So who won?
Venturer Brad Stojetz of Charlotte, N.C., was randomly selected as the contest’s lucky winner. He was chosen as number 42 of 68 guesses. As the winner, he will receive a $100 gift card to ScoutStuff.org.
January-February 2015 winner
If you’re wondering about our January-February 2015 contest, “Going Up,” we missed the opportunity to announce the location and winner. The correct answer? Cascade Falls in New York’s Adirondack Mountains. Scouter Ken Torok of Torrance, Calif., was randomly selected as the winner from 214 total guesses.
