It’s a promo for BeAScout.org, an easy way for non-Scouts to learn about the program. And it’s like nothing you’ve seen before.

Sure, the video’s message is on point with the ideals and mission of the Boy Scouts of America.

But the special effects add an extra dose of something, well, special.

If you’ve seen the action movie “The Matrix” (which isn’t appropriate for children under 17), you’ve seen bullet time. That’s where time appears to slow down while the camera stays at normal speed.
