Members of the Team USA Archery team visited the archery ranges at each of the four regional action centers today at the 2010 National Scout Jamboree.
The archers answered questions about being Olympic hopefuls, including how their bows and arrows differ from those the boys can use on the archery range. For one: no compound bows are allowed in Olympic competition.
Here are some pictures of two of the visiting athletes, Jacob Wukie and Heather Koehl. Once the boys found out that they were in the presence of world-class archers, Wukie and Koehl became instant celebrities, complete with the lengthy line of autograph seekers.
