Name That Council winner: July 16, 1010

30-TrapperTrails

Friday's Name That Council challenge was a tough one. Many of you thought the patch belonged to Daniel Boone Council, which was a logical (but incorrect) notion.

A few of you even created an entirely new council called the Davy Crockett Council. Not a bad name for a council, but that wasn't what we were looking for.

In fact, the patch belongs to Trapper Trails Council, headquartered in Ogden, Utah. As the patch's text indicates, the council serves southern Idaho, western Wyoming, and northern Utah.

Twenty-one of the more than 100 guesses were correct. The winner, selected at random from among the right answers, is William Casler of the Great Alaska Council.

For being our winner, he'll get the Trapper Trails Council patch seen above. Congrats!

Name That Council will return on Friday with a new challenge.
