Win a free patch if you can Name That Council (June 11, 2010)

26-Altered

This week's Name That Council challenge might be our toughest yet. That's because it's the first time we've asked you to identify a patch that is no longer worn. In 2006, the mystery council changed its name back to its original name with an amendment to its official charter.

Think you know the answer? We'll accept either the council name that's on the patch, which the council used from 1984 to 2006, or the council's current name. If you've got it, send us your thought.

We'll take all of the correct answers and randomly pick one to win the patch shown above. The patch shows the council's past name, so the winner will receive a patch that's already a collector's item.

Here are the rules:

Include the following information with your entry:

  • Your name.
  • Your unit number.
  • Your council name.
  • Your mailing address (so we know where to send your patch if you
    win).

The contest closes at 12:01 a.m. ET on Wednesday, June 16.

We'll announce the winner and the correct answer on Wednesday, June 16.
Good luck!
