The spirit of collaboration between the BSA and the National Park Service was celebrated at a special ceremony near the Boy Scout Memorial in Washington.
The Report to the Nation delegates got to do more than watch a changing of the guard. They stood with the Sentinels for a solemn wreath-laying ceremony.
