For last week's Name That Council challenge, the familiar sun symbol of the Zia and the red and yellow colors told you that the council in question was in New Mexico.
After you figured that out, it was up to you to realize that the symbol in the middle was a conquistador. That realization would have pointed you to the Conquistador Council, based in Roswell, N.M.
Fifty-nine readers responded with the correct answer, but there can be only one winner. That honor goes to Mark Greene
of Troop 5
in the Connecticut Yankee Council. Mark will get a Conquistador Council patch. Congratulations!
We'll have a new Name That Council challenge on Friday.
