tranquil almost isn’t fair on a Monday morning at the office, but it’s not our
fault. Friday’s Name That Council patch deserves the blame.

islands of Maui, Moloka’i, and Lana’i, with its headquarters in Wailuku, Maui.
Despite their geographic separation from the mainland,
