It’s the Cradle
of Liberty Council, based in Philadelphia. One of the largest in
the nation, the council was created in 1996 when the Philadelphia and Valley
Forge councils merged. Congrats to George Costigan for being the first of two with the correct response.
It operates two
offices: one in downtown Philadelphia and the other 20 miles away that’s adjacent
to Valley Forge National Historic Park.
